Olga Kabel has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She works with students individually on resolving complex health issues, teaches yoga classes and therapeutic series and trains yoga teachers. She is an expert on yoga sequencing and works with other yoga teaches on improving their skills of designing effective yoga practices.

Olga completed multiple Yoga Teacher Training Programs, but discovered the strongest connection to the Krishnamacharya/ T.K.V. Desikachar lineage. She had studied with Gary Kraftsow and American Viniyoga Institute and received her Viniyoga Teacher diploma in July 2006. Subsequently she continued her studies and became an AVI-certified Yoga Therapist. She continues her work with American Viniyoga Institute as an AVI Faculty Assistant.

In 2007 Olga has opened Potentials Yoga Studio in Portland, OR, where she still teaches yoga classes and private yoga sessions.

Olga is a founder and managing director of Sequence Wiz, a web-based sequence builder that assists yoga teachers and yoga therapists in creating and organizing yoga practices, and teaches the members how to sequence yoga practices for maximum effectiveness.
